Create the tournament
Five-step setup wizard: name, venue, divisions, registration windows, pricing. Most directors finish in under 20 minutes.

Accept registrations
A public registration page goes live the moment you save. Stripe Connect (when configured) handles fee collection and routes funds straight to your account. TourneyBase takes a 2.5% platform fee on top of standard Stripe processing (2.9% + 30¢).

Generate the schedule with AI
Tell the AI which preferences matter most (early slots for local teams, no back-to-backs, balanced field rotation) and it produces a draft schedule in seconds. Every game is validated against your hard constraints before you see it.

Run live scoring
Magic-link scorekeeper interface for whichever parent is closest to the field. Every score update flows to the spectator pages in under two seconds via WebSocket. Offline-friendly — keep scoring even when the cell tower drops.

Spectators just follow the link
No app install. No login. Tap "Follow" to get push notifications when your team plays, sync games to your calendar, and watch standings update live.
