Is it really free?
Yes. No account, no email required, no ads. Generate as many as you like within a daily limit. If you want to run the event live on TourneyBase — public schedule page, live scores, registration — that’s where we charge, per tournament.
What does it guarantee?
Every game is inside your field hours, no team plays two games at once or with less than 30 minutes of rest, no field is double-booked, and every required matchup appears exactly once (or twice, if you choose). If it can’t fit, it tells you what didn’t fit rather than handing you a broken schedule.
What about brackets?
This tool does pool play / round robin. Bracket seeding and advancement are part of the full product.
How are local teams handled?
Mark a team as local and the scheduler steers them into the first and last slots of the day, so traveling teams get the mid-day windows and nobody needs an extra hotel night.
